What is the minimum order quantity?
Tier 1 (Ready-to-Ship): MOQ 1 piece. Tier 2 (Custom Manufacturing): MOQ 50–300 pieces depending on product. Tier 3 (AvantDrops): Zero inventory — no MOQ at all.
How do payments work?
You pay 50% advance when the quote is approved. Balance is collected after delivery is confirmed. We never ask for 100% upfront. GST invoice issued for every payment.
How long does production take?
Standard Tier 2 order: 18–21 days from advance payment to dispatch. Tier 1 ready-stock: same day or 2–3 days. Tier 3 creator orders: 7–12 days per piece.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to 135 countries via Shiprocket international integration. We handle customs documentation, export invoicing, and tracking. Ask about FOB/DDP terms.
Is NDA signed before I share specs?
Absolutely. NDA is signed before any product specifications, artwork, or design files are shared with AvantGroups or any partner factory. IP protection is non-negotiable.
How do I track my order?
Use the order tracker on this page with your Order ID. You also receive geo-tagged production milestone photos at 30% and 90% completion via WhatsApp.
What if quality is not as expected?
AQL 2.5 inspection is done before dispatch. If defects are found post-delivery, rework is done at the factory's cost, not yours. Dispute window: 48 hours from delivery.
How do factories join the network?
Fill the partnership form on our For Factories page. Submit 5 samples. Pass our 5-point MSA checklist. Get MSA signed and receive first matched order within 7–14 days.
